Email address – so we can email your order confirmations, delivery delays, offers etc.

Telephone number or mobile number – we will only call if we have a delivery problem or to talk to you about your order
Credit card details – we only ask for these when you place an order and do not retain the details

Products purchased

How the data is collected:

You directly provide information to us when you place an order. When you register for an account with us, or sign up to our newsletter, we collect data that is used in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, the updated General Data Protection Act 25th May 2018 and Eprivacy policy 2018.

How is your data used?

Board at Home collects your data so that we can:

Process your order and manage your account.
Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. When you provide your credit/debit card details we do not have sight of or store any credit/debit card details ourselves, as they are processed securely by the payment services.

How do we store your data?

Your data is collected through Wix.com and stored with Wix.com, providing SSL security and encryption of data to comply with Data Protection laws. We use password protection for account holders and do not store any credit/debit card information ourselves.

Marketing Communications:

You will only receive communications from us if you have entered into a contract with us by ordering from our website, unless you choose to sign up to our newsletter. In this case, Wix.com will retain your email address and name until such time that you choose to unsubscribe from these emails.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Board at Home from contacting you for marketing purposes.
